Bottle, 75cl. It’s an almost clear one, dark golden in color and with a few bubbles on top. The aroma is a bit boring I think, some booze show up, with apples dominating. Apple cores too. It’s medium bodied and semi-dry, with a soft carbonation. Apple cores, apples and some rum in the flavor, lasting for a good while. A decent but boring cider. 150228

Vollmundiger Antrunk nach Äpfeln, etwas trocken, etwas wässrig. Helle Holznoten sind vorhanden, die Süße nimmt etwas zu. Wenig Vanille, sehr süffig. Störend ist einzig der wässrige Hintergrund. 9/11/10/7/9/9

Bottle from Middle Farm Cider Centre. It pours clear very pale yellow with a quickly dissipating fizzy white head. The nose is crazy-good....earthy, funky, barnyard, ripe apple, pear skin, apple pie oak and vanilla. The taste is rather punchy, rustic apple, apple pie, earth, big alcohol hit, chamomile, drying oak and mild astringency with a rather dry finish. Medium body and effervescent carbonation. Brilliant aroma but a bit boozy and drying if truth be told.

750ml bottle from Middle Farm. It pours pale yellow-green with a tiny bubbly white head. The nose is soft, fruity, pear, apple skin, mild barnyard/funk and straw. The taste is smooth, apple, elderflower, fresh pear, touch of earth and pepper with a dry finish. Medium body and minimal carbonation. alcohol is very well hidden. Smooth and easy-going.

50cl bottle @ home. Clear applejuice orange - golden color, medium sized fizzy off-white head that diminishes almost instantly. Both aroma and taste have some sort of brett influence, sourish apple peel, barnyard, some fruitpeel sour-bitter. Very dry finish. Not one of my favorite ciders.

Sampled from bottle @ Dutch Chili Fest, Eindhoven. Clear very pale yellow color, no head. Aroma has something weird I can’t put my finger on, but it’s not offensive at all. Taste has pear of course, but also slightly winey though it also resembles some soda’s. Quite nice actually.

Cask - Fermented apples and oak. Cloudy gold with no head. Tart and dry, green semi-sweet apple, with some barrel and earth in the finish.

Bottle shared at the get Dean to 5000 tasting, thanks to Deanso. Pours hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is a little funky, tart pear, light spice. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate acidic. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
