Flavor is moderate to heavyy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, dry dry, apples. Body is medium to light, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20110223]

Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, smoke, barnyard, rubber - whisky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, whisky, rubber (in the good way). Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110129]

Bottle from Bristol Cider Shop as "Broome Farm Headless Man". Golden in colour with a few bubbles. Slightly sour crab apple fruit, with some creamy oak and sickly vanilla. Flavour was more pleasant, with some medium dry fruit, a touch of syrup and a slightly prickly medium finish with some warming rum and more vanilla. Not for me.

Bottle form Bristol Cider Shop. Pale gold in colour and flat. As Fin notes, this was a country mile away from being medium dry. Aroma of sweet fruit and icing sugar. Light mouth feel, with plenty more sugar, a trace of woodiness and spice, followed by a honeyed, medium finish. Too sweet for me.
