Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours an almost clear golden with a tiny very rough head. Tart apple astringency already in the nose, a little Brett also. Medium body, completely stil, a little initial sweetness but quickly overtaken by very dry apple notes. Not extremely astringent. Damm these still ciders are easy to drink. 300111

Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours clear golden with small bubbles on top. Nose is dry and tart. Farmyard and apples. Flavor adds rubber and a bit of meat. Ends super dry.
