On hand pump at the Southampton Arms, London 25/03/10. Golden in colour with slight carbonation. Sweet rum aroma with some tart apple juice. Rum was less evident in the flavour, which was medium dry with a touch oif apple skin. Good.

From a polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 16/03/10. Hazy, pale yellow. dryish pear juice, with some tannins and barnyard character up front followed by a lemony, tart finish. Good.

From a polypin at the Orchard, Bristol November 2009. Pale, slightly hazy gold. Fruity aroma of apple juice with a hint of honeyed sweetness. Very easy drinking, perhaps more medium than sweet, with a lingering juicy finish.
