On tap at Garden Path - Bellingham, pours a clear golden with a large foamy white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, champagne effervescence, and a touch of esters. Flavour is yeasty, with gentle cotton candy, Belgian yeast, and a touch of esters. Not the most complex or refined tripel, but this is definitely authentic and well-made. Good stuff.

Pale, big pale malt character, touch phenolic, a big alcohol hit, and the malts kind of go watery on the palate. The aroma led me almost to a pale samiclaus direction but on the palate it hits like an Indian malt liquor. Is that really that fine a line?

EXTREME GUSHER! 70% of the beer was lost. Aroma and flavour of spicy, bready yeast. Alcohol burn. Messy beer. Just like my kitchen.

Aus der Flasche im Sommer 2023 getrunken. Dieses mahagonyfarbene Ale kommt mit einer feinporigen, beigen Schaumkrone daher. Am Gaumen überrascht eine recht milde Säure und schöne dunkle Beere-Früchte. Die Fasslagerung bringt dazu deutliche Eichenaromen ins Glas. Ein tolles Sour Ale!

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange golden colour with small, creamy moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, yeasty fruity and wheaty malty aroma, hints of honey, apricot. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, notes of honey, apricot, mirabelle, mildly bitter hoppy counterpart with a floral touch of orange. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Nicely hopped, not overly complex - OK.

Kerstbier Festival. A very dark brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of woody dark malt, chocolate, caramel, smoke. Taste of smoked dark caramelized malt, nuts, red fruits.

Dark blond colour with a peachy hue. Aroma and flavour have a note of jellied fruit candies. Rose, raspberries. Sweet but with a fruity tang.
