Thnx to 77ships Pours unclear blonde Smell is buttery, milksourness , Perfect carbo . Taste is buttery, biscuit, bread , coockiedough ( in overdrive ) sourness . Aftertaste is more coockiedough . Unexpectedly awsome !

Flaska från beergium.com. Gyllengul, lågt vitt skum, klar. Fin syrlig doft med mycket trä, syrliga äpplen och lite lök och senap i bakgrunden. Medelstor syrlighet, torr, maltvinäger, äpplen och trä. Trevlig smak med eftersmak är lite fadd och lökig och inte lika trevligt. Ett annorlunda öl med mycket geuzekaraktär men med lita udda smakbild som jag gissar kan uppskattas eller inte beroende på smak. Jag tyckte den var riktigt trevlig.

Bottle shared by Dutchdrebus @ weekly tasting. Clear yellow to golden color, small quickly disappearing white head. Aroma has apples, some sweetness. Taste has wood, a sharp sourness coming from the wood aging, very dry. Maybe even a but vinous. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad at all.

Bottle @ benzai shared by me. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour with a small white head. Smells oak, slightly sour, some cork, nice. Tastes lovely sour, green apple, fresh, nice. Medium body, soft carbo.

@ The Capital, Leuven. Dark red colour, light pink foam that disappears quickly. Very fruity aroma of sour cherries. Also some notes of balsamic vinegar. Dry finish. Easy drinkable and very complex fruit beer.

Shared bottle on 31st Jan 2014, at De Bierboom, Brugge: a Belgian Beer Board gathering. Blonde, with a amber hue, mild haze to the body: small white head. Yeasty, citrusy nose with some bread maltiness in a cooking apple bowl: all of which had turned a little sour. The taste was a semi-sour mixture of what the aroma had prepared me for, yeasty, citrusy, bready and appley. I thought it different and pleasant, not really my sort of beer, but I genuinely enjoyed it. Leans towards a ’scrumpy cider’ in texture and taste.
