Bottle from De Bierkoning, Amsterdam. As De Oude Cam Kriek. Big tart red fruit aroma with lots of cherries, light funk. Very fruity. Flavour is puckering sourness with a hint of cherry sweetness. Medium body. Rich, pretty intense cherry flavour. Great, this definitely made me cam.

2022 bottle. Hazy. Dullish oxidized peach. A few chunks in there. The head died out pretty quickly. On the nose it's quite fruity, and on the palate it is big peach. Quite tart.

Vintage 2022. 750mL bottle, pours an opaque orange with a small white head. Aroma has juicy peaches, gentle funk, very light acidity. Flavour is full of vibrant juicy peaches, moderate acidity that’s acceptable for a stone fruit lambic, and restrained funk. Super peachy, and you become acclimatized to the peaches as you dig into this. Not a top-tier fruit lambic, but it’s solid.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022 vintage). Hazy golden orange with dissipating white head, touch of sediment. Peach, funk, tart, nice balance, very nice. With a touch less tartness, would be amazing.

Thx, Matt!
A nice mix of stone fruits and funk, bold, tart. Taste is along the same lines, a lot of funk, moderately tart, some peaches. Good one.

15 September 2024. At 16de Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin & Jerre!
Unknown vintage. Fresh peach & nectarine, plums, mandarin, sour cream. Sour nectarine & plum stone, citrus flesh. Very tart, mouth-puckering, dry finish of stone fruit pit & nectarine. Moussy texture. Lovely!

18 and 19 SbS. 18 is a bit less intriguing right now, tart stone and pome fruits. Light, a touch thin. Pleasant funk

Orange with a small, lively head. Apricot, barnyard, acidic, tart citrus, hay. Medium body with good carbonation. Finish is bright tart fruit and dry. Insanely easy to drink this way too fast.
