Sour, tart, sweet, fruity. Fresh peach mixed with canned peach, some funk, lime, dry wood, medium acidity. Finish is really dry, flavor rich, very nice.

This is super nice. The nectarine pops a lot. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Finishes tart. Snally.

Bottle. Color: Hazy pinkish red, lightly pink head. A lot of foam keeps streaming out of the bottle after opening. Aroma: Funky, vinuous. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, a lot of leathery funk, a bit moldy, fruity red grapes and green apple, a lot of tannins (grape skin, apple peel), vinuous, notes of oak wood. Medium body, average carbonation. Astringent very dry mouthfeel. Bone dry finish. Indeed a bit messy, unbalanced. Nice try but I was expecting more from this De Cam 'specialleke'.

Bottle. Bit hazy dark pink. Sour raspberries, funk, red currants, wheat, lemon juice, light balsamic vinegar. Quite sour, less sweet. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Decent, but quite sour and rough.

2023 375mL bottle drunk 10/17/24. Deeply burnished brass. Large, off-white, fizzy head. Like their nectarine, it's deeply funky with excellent barnyard/sulfur character to go along with the rich, authentic, well-done fruit. Quite a bit of acid here, maybe a hint of acetic and lots of lactic. Plentiful apricot acidity, as well, with little/no wood character. Very carbonated, initially, with a surprising bit of oak up front. Apricot quickly adds a fruity acidity and there's a hint of acetic on the finish joined by quite a bit of lactic character. The fruit is interesting, if maybe a bit too acidic/dry. The barnyard promised initially in the nose seems nowhere to be found and the body is a bit on the thinner side, while the abv is inexplicably high for a lambic. A bit too much stark lactic character, as well. None of the issues are major, but there are a lot of them and they all add up. Assuming this is too young.
