Small bottle. Slight hazy golden. Lots of apricots, wet cellar, dry oak, orange, dough, funk. Under medium sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Nice!

375mL bottle, 2022 on the cage, drunk 9/24/24. Clear muted raspberry. Quickly-fizzling head. Very lovely, juicy, rich raspberry. Good balance of acidity and juiciness. Lots of brett and gentle lactic acid behind it. Moderate funk. Rich, rich, juicy, bright, acidic raspberry with hints of acetic, light brett and moderate-to-strong lactic culture. Gentle oak, with a soft, wheat and oak structured body. Lingering acidity is strong. Malic acidity is very high, with hints of acetic and strong lactic, as well. The texture is lovely and it shows a clear lambic character, but probably needs a few more years to soften the raspberry. Very similar to Rose de Gambrinus.

Great sour fruity beginning. Easy to drink, fruity with a mild sour finish. Horse blanket, tart sourness with a fruity mild sourish finish. Rhubarb is there, fruit, sour fruity ending.

750ml (thx, Phill!) @ Sales Force. 2019 cap. Appearance: pale hazy copper with a white head. Aroma: lots of nice funk, some rhubarb, bold. Taste: lots of rhubarb, funky, very herbally. Overall: too much herbal character in the flavor, unfortunately, that overpowers the nice funk of the base beer.

Pale, and hazy. This has just a little bit of head. Leather aroma, almost a strawberry note, straw. On the palate, the rhubarb is fairly bright, the body wheaty, moderately acidic, dry, touch leathery. This has good complexity, and rhubarb comes through well.

Poured from 750mL bottle (2019 vintage). Hazy pink orange with minimal white head. Mild rhubarb, some light funk, on par with the apricot-rhubarb. Decent.

Pours a clear, exceptionally light blonde. Huge white head instantly collapses to nothing. Looks very much like a cider, actually. Loads of visible carbonation. Scent is very funky again remains me of cider, rather than (grape) lambic. Harsh, brett, funk. Taste is very acidic, rough and raw, sharp in it's acidity. A fruity touch, but it's more apple-like than grape-like, let alone for me to specifically recognize the chardonnay grapes. Brett, funk, and a very high, sharp carbonation. Very dry. Not at all what I expected, really. Not a bad drink at all, though - appart from the vast overcarbonation.

Bottle thanks to Grant. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, rubber, wood. Slick body, strong funk, barnyard, earth, wood, enjoyed this.
