A hazed golden saison with a thick frothy light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with light coffee notes and candy sugar, light curacao, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light coffee notes, grassy hops, light candy sugar, nice and pleasant. On tap at Bières et Saveurs 2015.

A blonde saison with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with banana esters, cloves, curacao, very nice and fragrant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light citrus pulp, banana esters, cloves and curacao, nice and crisp. On tap at Mondial 2015.

Nice clarity. Golden orange. 1 finger head. Simcoe Amarillo nose. Pine with a light sweeter citrus and pineapple. Good mouthfeel. Sharp astringent finish. Leaves a piney taste with a little bit of cough syrup.

A deep dark stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with grassy hops, corn on the cob, caramel, not smokey. In mouth, a sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, molasses, alcohol warmth, licorice notes, creamy, nice. On tap at Festibière d’hiver 2015.

En fût chez EtOh lors du Rallye Bières et Plaisirs 2014. Couleur jaune dorée translucide, faible mousse blanche. Arôme de levure, grains, herbal. Goût de malt, levure, amertume moyenne-faible, houblon herbal. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, Corps moyen.

Draft: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head. Aroma of spices is overwhelming with lemon notes also perceptible. Taste is dominated by light wheat malt with some lemon notes and loads of spices. Body is light with good carbonation. A bit too much acidity for my taste with an overwhelming presence of spices.
