Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden, minimal head. Aroma of lychee, ginger, lime and bell pepper. Tart with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Lime juice and habanero with accompanying chili heat. For a flavoured sour it's pretty interesting. But it's a bit like drinking the juice from a hot shrimp cocktail.

Bottle with and courtesy of Grumbo. Aroma of floral, citrus, paint/gloss, grainy, straw, lemon, sugar and under ripened stone fruits. Taste is very sharp and drying sour finish.

Bottle at the pigs ear beer festival 2023. A haxed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is earthy Belgian yeast. Grass, Bubblegum.. Flavour is composed of, sharp, green apple, lime, tangy,, green citrus. Palate is sharp tangy, lime citrus.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with MiroB and Luka. Hazy yellow with small white head. Floral notes, citric, intensive sourness which is a bit too much for me.

23/11/2024. Bottle from Beautiful Beers, Bury St Edmunds. Pours clear pale gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is sharp, citrus, lemon, flowers, grainy, straw. Very tart taste, citric, acidic. Moderate body, oily watery, average carbonation. Lasting sharpness to finish. Good purity.
