Wee bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours black with a small tan head. The aroma is dark roasted malt, charred, dark chocolate, dried fruits, toasted fruit cake, vanilla, pipe tobacco and wood. The taste is smooth bitter - sweet, rich roasted malt, dark fruits, jammy, tangy, jammy, fruit cakes restrained booze, cacao nibs, pipe tobacco, granny smith apple, bramble and dryness towards the finish. Fulsome body and moderate carbonation. Mellow and moreish.

At home, relax, having time with a perfect Peruvuan meal: seco de cabrito. Rich sour beer, subtle, weak carbonation, no foam, woody, red fruits, sour, dry and sweet, discreet bitterness, syrupy, tart, pleasant at the palate yeasty, alcool well hidden.

On tap at Ammutsøn, Wien Friday 22nd May 2026. Pours warm gold with a slight haze and a nice white clinging head. Tangy and with a fruity tart edge. The oakiness from the barrel ageing is clearly noted, there is a slight dustiness (but not a negative) a cider or even gueuze tannin dry sour edge. Good. Score:7.5

From one local product shop, at Lausanne. Drinking and judging this bottle, at home, Epalinges. In my point of view, it is a decent and tasteful imperial stout, bottle of 2015, not sour, roasted malt, smooth, note of licorice, coffee, regular hop, 14.07.20

It is a good IPA, more classical than the Prince de Galles, citrus, dry, perfect bitterness staying a long time in the mouth, 29.11.17, at Prélaz, buying it at one denner, Alle.

This porter is regular, not a heavy porter like some Americans, a porter on the Swiss way light roasted malt, side of corn, interesting note of cherry, giving a fruity note, a bit sour, normal hop, welcome after a long walk from the train station, 16.02.21, purchased at the Pibar, tasting it at Epalinges.
