I had a wonderful experience with this one, a lot of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, sweet and bitter, original for the style, 29.11.17, at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at the denner, Alle.

I had a good moment with this beer, a perfect black ipa, well balanced with roasted malt, some coffee, side of pear, aromatic and dry, 24.02.18

0,3l from tap at Ammutson. Amber cloudy color, small white head. smells plums, spices, very nice smell. full body soft carbonation. tastes plums, spices, bit lactic, citric. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of plums, light lactic and earthy notes. Nice one, not overly complex, but good to drink, the tart plums make this very refreshing.

It is a pleasant and refreshing beer. The color is yellow and creamy. The taste is what I like: hop, malt and one side citrus, 04.05.2016. I think that I have bought this beer at the denner, Alle, drinking it at Bonfol during one of my trio there.

Bottle shared by Johnny. Brown red color, no head. Aroma and flavor are sourness, port notes clearly, red fruit notes, unripe fruits, sweet notes as well. Once you get to a certain the sourness it's quite complex and interesting. Pleasant.

It is a really good beer, well balanced between a side sour and sweet with the fruits, high carbobation, orange/yellow color and troubled, 11.11.2016, drinking it at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it at the ex boissons service, Prilly.

For me, it was a really interesting beer, just perfect for the style, a lovely union between the sourness, the elderberry and the oak, 02.09.2018, purchased at one coop, tasting it at Lausanne, Prélaz.
