Hazy pale yellow colour, minimal off-white lacing; aroma of pineapple, lemony, Belgian yeasty, earthy, green tea, and grapefruity notes; taste has the same notes with definite hoppy bitterness; rather like a Belgian-style IPA than a West Coast one, but otherwise quite good

It is a good beer, with nice aroma of caramel, some spices, malt, few hop, there is a small side of coffee, better than a boxer brunette. 12.11.2016, tasting it at Lausanne, Prélaz, buying it probably at one coop supermarket.

The sixth one of 22 beers for our 12th wedding anniversary. White Ašát's.
Bottle 0.75l. Cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- red wine, dark grapes, strawberry, honey, plum, sweet jam, berries, touch of brandy. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, light to medium sourness, tart finish, the same as aroma, sour cherry, red and black currant, blackberry, blueberry... Full, syrupy body.
Simply great.

Bottle. Ok, said it before. Just not a fan of sour type ales, but I keep trying. Nice pinkish color with a decent head. Aroma, funky sour cherries and taste was the same. It does give you a good buzz though.

Bottle. Amber in color with a decent head. Aroma was dried fruit with a very slight hint of funk. Taste was raisin, fruity and suprisingly kind of tart.

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. I was told this is not really cider but a Saison made to taste like cider. Actually it both smells and taste a lot like cider so obliviously they made a hell of a god imitation or they just fooled me. Actually it tastes like a mix of apple cider and Saison witch can be a god combination – and is in this case. Nothing weird or strange, just a light and refreshing beer/cider thing that tastes great as a refresher but nothing more complex than that.

Sample at Solothurner Biertage, may 2019. Quite nice, rather standard classic Berliner Weise. Refreshing with balanced sourness and mild salt/minerals impression. Frankly I did not notice any of the sour patch stuff so I believe the taste was pretty integrated into the rest of the beer. Nice and refreshing.
