Clear and golden with champagne like I bubbles. Really sharp acidic character with a lot of old apple and sweet with cherry. Taste is nice. It’s yeasty with a sprite or 7Up taste. Most of the fruit taste is old but it has an old world taste. I also get some ginger

0,375L bottle. 2008 vintage (7.5% ABV). Pours dark hazy amber, no head. Aroma is very intense apple, sweetness, wood. Flavor is very intense, sweet and sour, apples, wood. Overall: very interesting brew. I have not tasted something like this before. 2011 vintage. Aroma is raisins, apples, sweet, spices, sours. Flavor is sweet and sour, raisins, apples, oak. Overall: great, even better +2 to overall, +1 to aroma.

Bottled 375 ml, at rlgk + Aniela tasting, USA comes to Göteborg 2014, on October 18, 2014.Vintage 2006.Thanks to rlgk + Aniela!Clear copper oxide color, no head, no legs. Sweet, apple, rich, smooth scent. Raisin, sweet, apple, nice, smooth, tobacco taste. Smooth mouthfeel, a bit tart finish.

Amber golden color with no head. Rich apple and sweet caramel aroma. Full body. Sweet and still mellow. Powerful tasty stuff. Lovely apple flavor with some toffee. Great dessert!

Bottle thanks a ton to Clownisseur! Pours clear golden, small white fizzy head as expected, no lacing. Aroma is apple, a bit of brandy, some funk, mushroom. Flavor has lots of apple goodness along with some vinous barrel notes and an ever-present note of funky mushrooms. Light sweet with a dry finish. Light body. This is my second BA cider, and the second time I have gotten the (for me) highly undesirable mushroom notes from it. I guess funk and apples don’t mix in my palate.

Bottle. Thanks to my Jutland connect. 2013. Pours clear golden with bubbles. Barnyard, cow web, dry and tart apples. Late warmth. Very sippable. Woody and Dry finish..Bottle @ El Catador Invasion in Sanderslum, Bye Bye - MrOrla says goodbye. 3,5-4,0. Boom. Dry and woody. Amazing apples..

Bottle courtesy of aniela. 2006 vintage. Pours murky reddish brown with no head. Smell is fruity and tiny spicy with concentrated apple must, cinnamon, overripe apples, raisins, moist soil and hints of lemon peal. Taste is sweet with overripe apples, raisins, figs, sweet sherry, cinnamon, moist wood and alcohol. Mouthfeel is round, sticky sweet, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and fruity with overripe apples, hay, figs, apple brandy, moist wood and hints of lemon peal. Nicely oxidised but the base Ice Cider isn’t very impressive.

2006 vintage, fancy green glass bottle with yellow wax pours with a murky messy looking amber body that has thin copper hues. The aroma entices with billowing caramel candy notes as well as butterscotch candy and toffee. Wow! Cool. The taste is virtually the same as smooth caramel candy and toffee notes rule the experience and thin snippets of apple are noticed out at the flavor periphery.

750ml bottle 7.5% from TheDrinkShop.com. 2011 harvest. 0713. Pours a sparkling bright golden colour with a shortlived fizzy white foam head. Nice & complex aroma with apple, wood, honey, funk, syrup, vanilla, oak. Taste is well balanced and with depth, sweetish tangy apple, woody oak, barnyard funk, vanilla, fruit & honey, bittersweet, sour & dry tannins. Smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry oaky finish. Very drinkable, lovely stuff.
