750 mL bottle, vintage 2011. Clouded golden pour, very fizzy. Strongly dry tart funky apple aroma, a little barn-y. Flavor at first is dry tart apple and herb, some bretty funk. Smoky wood at times like bacon. More unidentifiable subtle complexities. Juicy, but with a tongue-drying finish. Certainly a good one.

750 ml "champagne" bottle, vintage 2009, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6.9%. Very pale straw coloured. Pours very fizzy with a large white head that dies out instantly. Interesting aroma of cider apples, wild yeast / farmhouse, leather and funk. Dry and crisp flavour, cider apples of course, but also notes of dry champagne. Not as "coarse" and sulphurous as many other ciders. Very pleasant to drink, and refreshing on this warm summer evening.

750 ml champagne bottle. A pale golden body with a light, foamy white head. Lively carbonation like sparkling wine. Mild aroma of apples, yeast and slightly acidic fruit. Flavor is a bit like champagne with strong apple notes and yeast. Fine, light body, tickling carbonation and apples in aftertaste, somehow both sweet and dry. Not the most typical cider, reminds me a lot of champagne, still a clear apple flavor. Very enjoyable.

375 ml bottle. Cork popped right after cage removed - a mess. Pours gold with huge head of big bubbles that dissipate right away. Aromas of manure and over ripe apples. Flavour of applesauce , , hay, and light citrus. Nice enough but the aroma sneaks in to ruin the taste.

Bottle - Apples, white wine, champagne and some oak. Pale clear effervescent gold. Sticky sweet, some sour grapes, slight notes of an oude gueze and a light apple finish. Very complex and nice, too sweet to have alone.

Bottled. Slightly hazy yellow colour, minor head, which disappears very fast. Aroma is sulphur, some wood, mild sweet apples with some slight acidic and cheesy notes as well. Flavour is apples, some vinegar, mild sulphur as well as some alcohol sweetness as well. Feels a bit thin even though being high in alcohol.

2010 vintage. Dry apples, barnyard, oak, dust, leather. Medium gold, lots of bubbles at first but head dies immediately. Sweet apple falvor to start, dries out quickly, leather, dust, oak, light forse blanket. Nicely tannic, slightly acidic. Excellent depth of flavor. Delicious. These guys make the best cider in the world!
