Bottle at Hlava 22, Bratislava. Lightly hazy colour. Very nicely done, it has decent sweetness in perfect harmony with smooth sourness. The finish is dry, very drinkable.

Bottle. Oaky, apple cider, and vanilla aroma. Hazy amber and no head, as per usual for cider. Syrupy sweet caramel apple and oak flavor. Full sticky body, no carbonation.

375 ml bottle, as Givre Millesime 2009, from Vinmonopolet, bestillingsutvalget / nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Deep amber to brown colour, no carbonation. Strong aroma of oak and fortified wine - the apples are there in the background. Very sweet and intense flavour, notes of sweet apples, raisins, oak and fortified wine.

750 ml "champagne" bottle, bottled in 2011, from Vinmonopolet, nettbutikken, May 2012. ABV is 11%. Deep golden colour, slightly hazy. White head disappears instantly. Strong aroma of oxidised cider apples and oak, hints of sulphites. Distinct flavour of bitter cider apples, some sweetness in the background. Oaky notes, dry aftertaste. Fairly rich mouthfeel. A very good cider.

Bottle. 2010 vintage. Golden - orange colour with some bubbles. Aroma is cellar, sourness, apple, wood. Flavour is cellar, sourness, smoked, apple, wood. Very nice cider.

Cask at Churchkey. Poured a slightly cloudy, light golden color with an almost gray-green hue to it, very cider like (go figure). Aroma was really apples with some serious funk notes to it. Flavor was some woody funk, mellowed apples. Interesting to say the least.

Beautiful bottle, extra half point for appearance. Pours crystal clear pale straw colored with a massive champagne head that settles to aggressive effervescence. Aroma of bright fruit with a dusty edge. Taste starts sweet with peaches and apricots in the background, then tart and dry earthy apples. Delicious and easy to drink.

Bottle. Deep, clear golden color, huge white coca cola head that settles to steady bubbles. Aroma of dry and musty apples. Taste is bittersweet fruit amd citrus with a dry finish. Tasty.
