Amber colour, definitely hazy, not much head. The aroma has a touch of bourbon, but a lot of sticky raisin and date accents, some alcohol showing in there a bit as well. The carbonation is fine, but it seems to be a bit odd for the style, bringing out fruitiness, maybe some apples. The malts are sticky and bitterness is low. The bourbon helps round out those malts, but there's sort of a depth piece missing. Good, but could be better.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Hazed copper amber with small off white head. Lots of raisin, touch of toffee and vanilla, mild bourbon backing. Decent.

Pint can pours with a deep dark brown colored body that has deep red mahogany edges and supports a lasting tan head of foam. The modest aroma offers up dark fruity esters, molasses drizzled wood, a bit of smokiness and then a little more dark fruitiness and a sense of booze into the end of the draw. The taste delivers a smooth supple rich mouth feel ushering notes of plums and dates leading to molasses and growing smooth boozy bourbon notes. To midway the molasses brings up a thin spiciness and oak heading into a modestly boozy finish. This is smooth and soft and well integrated. Love it. Great sipper.

Near black, thick head. Very toasty, chocolatey aroma. It's on the dry side, which brings out the malt toastiness. Not bad, certainly American, but with decent bitterness, and malt complexity.

Pale and slightly yeasty, low bitterness so it's just a light lager, landbier I guess. 3 6 6 2 11

Hazy, a sort of sulphury hop character, decent malt backbone. Wasn't vibing off this one.

Opaque, not much head. Deep hop soup, almost overripe fruit, alcohol. Straddles the line between acceptable and not.

473ml Can - Murky light orange with a white head. Orange, mango, pine and some sweet and herbal notes in the aroma. Orange, grapefruit, mango and some hints of passion fruit and papaya in the taste. Easy to drink for its strength.
