Bottled. A blackbeer with a huge brown head. Thecaramel aroma has notes of roasted malt, brett, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, brett, and fruits, leading to a tart finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a huge tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and slight sourish fruity. Toasted malty, earthy and wooden. Dry and toasted malty. Sweet and toasted malty. Fruity and sweet to sour finish.

Shared 750 ml corked & capped green bottle, vintage 2013, at local tasting, thanks to gunnar. Bottle No. 481 out of 1200. ABV is 5.5%. Golden to orange colour, small white head. Lovely aroma of yuzu fruit, lemons and farmhouse, hints of spices. Moderate carbonation. Flavour of yuzu, lemons, brettanomyces, hints of spices. Astringent. Very, very good.

Fra flaske (nr. 481 av 1200) på RBHD-samling hos Odd Gunnar, april-17: nyyydelig aroma av japanske citroner - en annerledes og krydret aroma enn det vi er vant til. Smaken likeså, i en fin maltkropp. En lekker munnrens, vi griper begjærlig etter glassene mens godlydene brer seg. Kveldens store overraskelse - takk til Odd Gunnar for denne! Lett uklar solgul led kort skum. Årgang 2013.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Gunnar´s 18.04.17. Clear golden. White head. Excellent aroma of lemon juice. Complex taste and strong lemon taste and lemongrass. Good drinkability. Excellent!!!

(Bottle) Golden colour, slightly hazy, with foamy white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with cellar, plums, stable, apricots, hay, almonds and a touch of honey. Fruity, slightly tart taste with plums, apricots, grapefruit, lime, barnyard, orange peel, almonds, grass and a tart finish, mainly dry but with a light honey sweetness. Light body, mainly dry. Really tasty and quite complex. Very nice.

Bottle at Peg’s Cycle BA Day. Pours a cloudy gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, funk, cherry pith. Medium body, funky, cherry, yeast, spice, dry finish, very good.

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session (from Systembolaget Umeå). Hazy amber colour, small slightly off-white head. Quite sweet fruity and mildly tart wooden nose with mild plum notes. Flavour is some tart wooden notes, mild floral and fruity notes to it. Quite sweetish sour.

Bottled 375ml. Overriped fruits, earthy-cellary, tart aroma. Medium-bodied. Tart, riped fruity, earthy notes. Maybe there is pale plum flavors. Tart aftertaste. Interesting.
