Determined to make world-class beer in our own backyard, one of our first, and perhaps best, decisions was to invest in new, state-of-the-art brewing equipment. So we bit the bullet, laid down our borrowed cash, and spent the better part of 1987 installing the new system. Our love for the environment is what drives our sustainable practices, so pure water, local ingredients and responsible processes are poured into each and every tasty pint.

Looks like a Mexican lager. Light body with thin white head. Sweet malty aroma. Sweetish malt taste with a bit of tang. A hot day beer.

Reid with another great review. I agree. Cool logo. 12 ounce can. Pours a slightly cloudy orange color with a small white head. A light crisp citrus and malty nose. Smooth, caramel malts, soft citrus, light resin. Pretty good. Light.

Dorada amarillenta consistentemente turbia. Bonita espuma duradera. Gran aspecto.

Can from the local Grocery Outlet. Pours clear, light bright gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of grain with hints of Saaz hop. Med minus body. Flavor is grain/sweet with not enough Saaz grass to conquer the malt. Fairly clean tho. Definitely sessionable.

No more hazy than the average NE-style IPA--guess I don't quite get the name for this one. Pours a slightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with mid-sized, fast-dissipating head. Aroma is grassy, with some citrus and a touch of piney hops. Flavor is grass, citrus, and a lightly bitter, pine-hop finish. I'm not tasting vanilla in this, nor lactose. Tastes like a run-of-the-mill, classic IPA pretty much.

Pours amber with a thick white head. Aroma of pine resin and lemon. Taste has massive grapefruit and pomelo notes, hints of orange. Palate layers tart citrus on a malt body with distinct lemon and orange notes abound. Fantastic.

Bottle from Toby. Showing its age. Medium, clear brown. Sweet, maple notes. More brown sugar, light malts. Close to not being a Doppelbock anymore.
