A hazy orange cider with a bubbly head. The aroma is slightly sour, combined with strong apple notes. The flavor is lovely sour, but combined with an artificial sweetness, lots of apples, and hints of wood. But the body is thin.

An orange cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of apples as well as apple core. The flavor is lovely acidic, but still with a sweetness. The acidity draws out the mouthwater. But inspite of the strength the body still feels watery.

A hazy orange cider with no head. The aroma is a combination of sweet and acidic apples, while the flavor is nicely dry with notes of wood besides the acidic notes of apples. A very nice cider, though the mouthfeel is a bit thin.

Bottle from Sainsbury. Pale gold, no head. Some rubber upfront, but then fresh apple fruit aroma. Carbonation in mouth is ok. Bit more rubber, but some nice apple/peach flavour. Finish has some intense syurupy fruit and good dryness. Above average commercial cider. But then what do I know about cider?

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale golden with no head but a lot of fizz. Apply, vinegary aroma. Flavour of sour apples but no real bitterness. Soft and mellow and very pleasant drinking. No real sweetness either - just smooth. 111005

Draught
Light blond color. Nice but light aroma of apples and hazelnuts. Light, dry, some late sweetness, light final astringency, mature fruitness, pretty well made.

Bag in box. Quite acidic aroma with a little apple. Cloudy yellow colour, very small head. Flat. Flavour is a little sweet and a little acidic. Aftertaste is a little alcoholic and has a certain character that I often find in cider but which I dont really care for.

[Gravity suspence from at bag in a box at Københavnske Øldage 2005] An unclear light yellow cider with a whisp of a head. The aroma is sweet with overwhelming notes of apples. The flavor is sweet - and so dry, that it dries out the mouth. Ofcourse the primary notes are of apples - and it is powerful, but mixed in are notes of wood. The body is slightly thin.
