This beer pours a clear bright golden color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Aroma of citrus, piney hops and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, tropical fruit and grainy malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a piney hop and grapefruit aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is very fruity/citrus/mildly spicy and earthy/dank. Full bodied or nearly. Flavor is heading towards dank, and it’s fruity, maybe with some resin. It isn’t really very dry, but ya gotta have heavy support for all the hop. Gets a bit peppery/herbal over time. Shockingly good.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma is sort of earthy, seemingly with rye notes. Full bodied and creamy. Flavor is earthy chocolate, some rye, almost like some wood, very smooth burnt treacly malt. Finishes spicy/hoppy and pretty far from dry. Tastes good tho. Just gets better and better. Finally it seems to go more chocolate.
