Can from the local grocer. Pours gold with ivory head that is small. Grain and citrus aroma. Flavor is a bit cloying with lots of sugar. Checked the date and this is almost three months old - always tough to buy craft at a local grocery store.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 2A). Can 35 cl - Batch 1226 (BB undeclared - canned on 12/02/24) AROMA: medium grainy and slightly sweet malt profile. APPEARANCE: deep gold color and cristal clear. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: medium to medium-low clear grainy flavor with a touch of sweetness. medium-low bitterness with a dry and slightly bitter finish. MOUTHFEEL: low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a nice mexican-style craft lager without perceptible off-flavours or production faults.

FLAVOR: initial medium hop flavor with ripe melon, resin, pine, followed by a medium neutral and slightly sweet malt background. medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry finish with a bitterness that persists.
