Description
Hill Farmstead Brewery is the culmination of many years of travel and insight—of experience and education—of friendships and explorations. The brewery is the revival and continuation of 220 years of Hill heritage and hand crafted history in North Greensboro, Vermont. Its logo is retrieved from a sign that once hung in Aaron Hill's (our great(x3) grandfather) tavern, just up the hill, in the early 1800s.

Half pour on draft at Henry St. Taproom, Saratoga Springs. Lightly hazy golden yellow, trace sparkle, ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong grains and minerals. Taste is strong grains, light dark fruit, hint of brown bread. Smooth, frothy texture, lively carbonation and finish as taste. Excellent strength and nice fruity aspect to flavor. Over carbonated but about as good as you’ll find the style.

Canned on 08/05/2025.

Draft at Isaac Newton's in Newtown, PA. A Brewver Top 50 IPA - New England / Hazy. Hazy orange gold color topped by a finger-high creamy white head. Aromas of dank citrus and resiny pine. Flavor is more of the same. Sweet tangerine, bittersweet grapefruit and dank pine is balanced by a sturdy malt backbone. Amazingly smooth and flavorful. Outstanding.
