Description
Hill Farmstead Brewery is the culmination of many years of travel and insight—of experience and education—of friendships and explorations. The brewery is the revival and continuation of 220 years of Hill heritage and hand crafted history in North Greensboro, Vermont. Its logo is retrieved from a sign that once hung in Aaron Hill's (our great(x3) grandfather) tavern, just up the hill, in the early 1800s.

Vinous, red white with a bit of vinegar and barnyard funk. Quite nice indeed.

Canned on 12/30/2025. Medium body, zachte koolzuurprikkeling.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, a little dry, decent fine carbonation coming through on the back end. Light malts, a fair amount of grain and a mild creamy sweetness. Tangy citrus, a little ripe, tangy grape. Airy finish. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a medium white head and good lacing. Aroma is a bit funky, yet delicate, lemon, a bit of feet, oak. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Light body, soft HF trademark mouthfeel. Great beer..

Enjoyed while watching Hamilton men’s hockey in its first-ever Frozen Four. Spectacular depth. Old wood, toffee, stewed semi-dark fruits, dates, figs, berries, bourbon, vanilla, berry accents. Fruitcake. Jammy. Absolutely delicious. Lightly warming finish, a little sticky. Super sipper.

On draft at Barking Dog Saloon in Parishville NY, in a shaker pint uhh
A bright translucent hazy pale orange to yellpw orange. A finger of tight creamy head that leaves sticky lacing all along the glass
Wicked aromatic, tangerine, peach, tropical vibe leaning into a dank piney aroma.
Follows on the palate with peach and tangerine up front melding into blueberry and dank pine with a light bitterness
Incredibly soft medium body, light carbonation with a bit of bitterness working in its favor.
What beautiful showcase of mosaic hops and a well crafted double IPA. I know this would be even better in a glass that's more appropriate for the style. A top shelf beer.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fa' (Rome). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, molto persistente. Al naso note agrumate, leggermente pepate, frutta bianca. In bocca è amara, secca e pulita, ma bilanciata, croccante. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Splendida.
