Opaque, light floral accents, honey, there’s some alcohol to lend dryness. Decent.

0,75l from bottle at Ninja, Stockholm. 20230718. Yellow clear color, small white head. Smells spices, earthy, corn sirup, peppery. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes corn sirup, earthy, spices, bit light struck, peppery, tobacco. Finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of corn notes, earthy and peppery notes. Good, but not overly special. Gets a lot better once it warms

Pours a dark, cola brown-black, with big, tan head. Looks a lot like some sort of stout. Aroma is tart fruit, some basement dankness, a touch of coffee. Flavors follow, with the fruit and the coffee kind of battling it out, somewhat. There's a good, strong coffee flavor here that doesn't quite fit with the sour brett yeast flavors of the thing. Mouthfeel fairly clean and crisp. Interesting experiment that I'm not quite sure works.

Op tap bij Borefts '25. Mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag.

Best smakelijk, mooi gehopt.
