Moderate sweetness, tangy bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Drying finish. Not bad at all.

BIAB at Ciderdog Festival at the Miller, London on Saturday 15Jul2023. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, tangy. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, with mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Ciderdog Festival at the Miller, London on Saturday 15Jul2023. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and aroma of tangy apple. Taste is apple, tangy, fleshy, fruity, with some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

5/6/2023. Bottle at Beerarama, Eastbourne. Pours clear deep golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple, syrup, caramel, funk, mild horse blanket. Taste balances sweetness and tartness superbly, and brings out ice cider elements. Full bodied, sticky, soft carbonation. Really good.

5/6/2023. Draught at Beerarama, Eastbourne. 6.2% abv. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is crisp green apple, touch of sulphur, Medium sweetness and moderate tartness. Medium body, oily, average carbonation. Nice sour apple finish. Very nice.

Cask @ Park Tavern, Macclesfield. Hazed golden in colour. Dry with a lightly sweetened apple flavour, and some bitterness in the finish.

(Bag-in-box, Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 24 Nov 2022) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, hay and citrus. Fruity, slightly tart taste with apples, citrus, peaches, slightly harsh tannins and a balanced acidity in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing. Quite nice.
