Taste is fruity apple, tangy, tart, citric acidity, along with some funk and just alittle tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

330ml bottle from Bignose & Beardy. Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of mellow apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, some slight sulphury and biscuit hints, with drying tart acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is fleshy apple, fruity, tart, citric rind, sour, with some mellow funk. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable. Taste is drying, oaky, wood, barrel, vanilla, tart soured apple, with some citric acidity and mellow tannins. Medium bodid, low carbonation, dry tart citric tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
