Can - Bright Belgian yeasty notes. Bitter and bright. Murky yellow with a small white head. Perfumy, mango, dried pineapple bitter, dry and lots of yeast. Not great.

Cloudy, Pretty green on the nose, as it has a little diacetyl, and vague hop. On the palate, I get a fair bit of hop bitterness. It's pretty yeasty, some light apricot fruit, I don't get much brett, if any, but like I said the beer's a bit green. Patience makes better beer - I want to like it, and probably would like it better a month or two from now.

355mL can, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, piney hops, and light crackery malt. Flavour is very fruity, with lots of peachy stone fruits, some pine and biscuity malt. Not getting any Trappist elements. Just another NE IPA. Solid.

Draft - Pine and fruity sweet notes, cloudy gold with a decent white head. Woody hops, sweet fruit and bitterness. Don’t get anything they are stating.

On tap at Hearthstone, pours a reddish dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out cocoa and sludgy earthy malt. Flavour is very similar, with dark cocoa, earthy notes and some sludginess. Not particularly deep, but drinks easily enough. Competent.

On tap at Hearthstone, pours a clear copper with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out subdued piney hops, a touch of a herbal character and biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with a herbal hop character, a touch of pine and bready malt. Dry and earthy, with a herbal finish. It's okay.

This stuff is gross. Totally unbalanced with numerous off flavours. No wonder it is selling for 4 bucks

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
The color is almost black; nice profile of dark bread and roasted malts, and dry mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

@ Tap & Barrel, Olympic Village. Amber, bright. Tart with a nice mellow cucumber taste. I like that they wanted to balance this with a tart base beer...it makes it really refreshing. Probably would want more cucumber in this, actually, but it’s still ni
