Description
We have always been driven to craft the best beer we can, and (in our opinion) the true challenge, consistency. Constant innovation is exciting and engaging, but consistent core beers that you can always depend on, is a challenge that equally drives us.
Our approach to beer development is different than most. We outline the desired finished product, it’s appearance, aroma, mouthfeel and then reverse engineer the ingredients and processes to get our desired final product. Knowing and understanding not just individual ingredients characteristics, but how they interact with each other make this possible.

Can from Seattle Beer Company. Pours hazy dark pink with a pink tinged head. Aroma of blackberry and lacto. Med body or so. Flavor is tart/sour/lacto and blackberry. Maybe a bit light on blackberry, but it is quite approachable. Especially for a lacto. Decent sour.

Can while playing Chambers Bay. Pours a light amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aromas combines sweet grains with a light pine note and a bit of caramel underlying. Flavor is similar with a pine bitterness and a growing sweet grain backbone.

Tap at Watering Hole. Stinky tropical fruit, quite sharp aroma, taste is initially bitter but later on the malt takes over. Good stuff, caramel, little spice. Good. Like it.

12 oz. Aroma is cooked pineapple, peach. Pours hazy rosy golden with flecks of sediment under one finger of bone white foam that falls after a minute into a skiff of foam. Taste is light to moderately bittersweet with flavors of cooked fruit. It does finish dry, true to style. A weirdly fruity IPA that is extremely dissimilar to every other Brut IPA I’ve had. Not bad overall, just really odd.

12 ounce can. Pours a hazy orange color with a large white head. A big grainy fresh hop nose. Smooth, oranges, toast, wheat, smooth. Very nice. Balanced, smooth.

Toranomon summer tasting, thank you Jonathan. Light amber pour with some foam. Nose has caramel, marmalade and some faded hops. Feels a tad bit tired. Tastes better, medium body and still lots of bitterness left. Decent and hits the spot.
