Description
Collective Arts Brewing is a grassroots craft brewery that aims to fuse the creativity of craft beer with the inspired talents of emerging artists and musicians. Collective Arts Brewing was founded on two beliefs: The first that creativity fosters creativity. And the second, that creativity yields delicious pints. We feature limited-edition works of art on our beer cans and labels, and we work to make sure the liquid on the inside is as diverse and creative as the artists we profile. Our brewery is located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. This is where we brew everything from our flagship IPA Ransack the Universe to our World Beer Cup-winning Stranger than Fiction porter. In our taproom we pour up to 10 different beers at one time, samples and flights, we host brewery tours and live entertainment weekly. Stop by to see our beer bottle gallery showcasing every artist we’ve worked with over the past 6 years.

A full all white head with solid lacing on a amber/peach body. The nose features fresh mango, pine resin and sweet malt. A solid mix of fresh fruit notes up front - grapefruit, peach, mango and tangerine. Sweet, slightly chewy malt, pine resin and pepper round it out. Dense and slightly slick, but still clean and refreshing. Bingo.

Extensive, laced white head on an unfiltered straw body. An explosive nose with pine resin, grapefruit rind, grassy notes and a touch of tropical fruit. More of the same in the taste profile. Grapefruit, grapefruit rind, pine, orange pulp and lemon lead the charge. Notes of tangerine and kiwi underneath. All fresh and vibrant tastes. The malt is understated and sweet enough to provide some balance to the astringent and fruity hops. Medium density and slightly slick, but not sticky. A superior DIPA from a great Canadian brewery.

A cola-like white head on an unfiltered peach body. The nose features lemon and melon with a slightly sour fruit note. Refreshing to the Nth. The peaches are there mixing with lemon pulp, tangerine and lemon. Relatively high acidity level and a touch of pepper help keep the sweetness in check.

A solid pure white head on a murky light straw body. The nose is popping with fresh fruit, a touch of pine and pepper. Hoppy but not astringent. Tropical fruit featuring melon, kiwi and pineapple. Some orange and lemon notes, all fresh squeezed. Sweet and understated malt works for me as well

Super pale yellow body with a frothy white head. Sour and sweet malt on the nose. A solid Gose sour with an unusually chewy malt. A nice fruit blend underneath. Wheat and Coriander add accents.

grain and citrus juice on the nose. A solid white head with sustained lacing over a pale straw body. More golden ale than blonde, very little evidence of fruity yeast esters. Full slightly roasted grain, sweet malt and splashes of lemon and orange work well together. A solid fresh summer ale.

A low white head on a murky golden straw body. The nose punches with grapefruit hops, sweet malt and a touch of pepper. This looks like a new fangle North East IPA, and it has some of it's characteristics, but it is as much a hoppy west coaster. Fresh and juicy fruit tastes from the mosaic and citra hops lead with grapefruit and pineapple. Tropical elements are there as well in a well balanced and refreshing package.

A light straw body with a fine white head. Understated nose features biscuit malt and a touch of citrus. This is a really refreshing and tasty blonde ale. Juicy lemon leads the taste profile, complimented by orange, pepper and a nice soft hit of Belgian yeast. The malt is chewy with a hint of graininess. Clean and dry, it has a very crisp finish

A dense white head on a rich gold body. A fresh nose features pine, juicy citrus elements and a touch of pepper. Nice pop to this IPA. A range of juicy hop elements include tropical fruit, pineapple, orange, lemon and fruit rind. A hint of pine adds to the blend. The malts are typically bready and soft with a touch of caramel sweetness. A touch of astringent bitterness extends through the taste profile as well as a touch of west coast IPA soapiness. Medium carbonation and body. A real hit!
