Lightly unfiltered golden-amber colour with golden highlights, a creamy-frothy, very long lasting warm off-white head and leaving thick foamy lacing. A nice mix of caramel malts in the base with citrus-melon notes. Fresh hoppiness in the taste with a resinous touch, white grapes, and blending candied oranges. Good smooth bitterness building for the style, but being a Double West Coast all well-blended. Quite delicious with the New Zealand hops and all.

Lightly murky, reddish colour with a purple hue, a light pinkish head and decent lacing left. Beautiful fruity aromas with strawberries, raspberries mostly, and then blending blueberries and blackberries. The crackers are felt at the finish in the mouth, lingering softly. Again, good bunch of berries, but not too thick like over puréed. Beautiful mild sourness all-around. Quite a refreshing, easy-drinking Pastry sour.

A deep dark stout with a thin very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits with vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, vanilla, light coconut, very nice. On tap at Oktoberfest de Repentigny 2024.

Clean, golden colour with a bubbly-frothy white cap, good retention and some nice foamy lacing left. Beautiful spicy malt aromas with cereal and herbal notes. The spiciness continues into the flavours with the mild cereal-herbal base. Quite a fresh, hoppy, lightly drying finish. The blend between the spicy-Pils malt and herbal hoppiness is quite good in this one.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a small head leaving a film on the brew, and around the glass. Mango nose with a coconut touch. The apricots and tangerine blend in the flavours with the rest, and the vanilla is mixed with coconut finish. The mouthfeel is not too thick, refreshing with a mild sourness lingering, with the vanilla peaking a bit with this. A nicely balanced Pastry Sour with the fruits, nuttiness and dessert-like notes - all refreshing.

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue and a bunch of very tiny particles floating around. The head is white, frothy, bubbly, decent lasting with nice foamy lacing spots. Then, bigger hop particles come out as it continues pouring. A nice citrus hoppiness in the nose with sourness and the blending fruitiness of the peaches. A nice refreshing Sour Peachy brew with IPA citrus action.

Hazy golden-beige colour with a small off-white head and light lacing left. This one has a weird, wet socks-cardboard feel with the stone fruit adding sweetness, and some yeasty mixture. The taste has this mix, but not as bad, with some bitter drying finish that cut the off-smell. Definitely not my favourite from Noctem.

A very slight haze, light golden colour with a warm off-white fluffy-frothy head. Good retention and chunks of soft lacing clouds. I am really liking this nose with a herbal touch, citrus, spices and what seems to be a Saison yeast. Even getting gooseberries after breathing a bit. The taste has some of the Saison blend I enjoy with the citrus-herb-yeast combo, but here the West Coast comes out to balance the style. Some nice grassiness, piney notes, but really all soften by all that is going on. Some good bitterness and dryness in the finish. This is quite the surprise, as one of the best smelling beer in a long time, and a West Coast with a twist that I really enjoy. Will buy more!
