0,5l from bottle at apartment in Murnau bought at Fristo, Murnau. Bb 02/2027. Yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells yeasty, flour, earthy, light ripe fruits, weird smokiness. Ok smell. Light body, soft carbonation. Tastes yeasty, flour, earthy, overripe fruits, breadish, smokyish. Finishes lightly bitter/sweet with notes of yeast, flour and bready notes. Ok, not something I would like to drink. More than a small glass is too much

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow sporting a good white head. Aroma of lemons, yeast, wheat, some clove and spices. Taste of wheat, lemons, clove, zest, yeast and grains. Quite lemony/sour-ish and tart. Low bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Slim bodied and very refreshing.

Orange-brown and murky with a foaming head. Aroma of caramel, banana, pie-crust and spices. Taste is mildly bitter over a sweet base. Finishes faintly tart. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, decent chewiness. Not bad.

Bottle picked up from a local Getrankemarkt and consumed at home Monday 8th June 2026 we have Baked Ricotta with Thyme Roast Jersey Royals Asparagus, Peas and Lemon for tea. Pours hazy amber with a large white head, soft mouthfeel, sweetish but lacking in flavour, one of those alcohol free beers that completely fails to hit the mark. Score: 5.0

Bottle at Klosterbräu Stüberl. Btw, can recommend this place. Chestnut brown, clear. Caramel, roasted, banana, spices. Full, banana spices, not too soft and light; rather full. Like.

Bottle at Klosterbräu Schäftlarn. Amber chestnut, murky. Caramel, pines, walk in the woods. Full, chewy, juicy. Caramel creamy. This I like.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. 5.5%. Hazed pale gold. Decent white foam starts off voluminous and settles fairly solid. Nose has all the yeasty esters. Ripe banana. Clove. Taste is sweet with some weird astringency. Some tartness on the palate too with high-ish carbonation. Finishes similarly. Sets off good but gets a bit wonky.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, orangey golden with a rich and frothy shaving foam style head leving a neat lacework. Solid bananaish bubblegum aroma with some yeast and an underlying hint of phenols. Medium body, dry and very yeasty, some banana and even some hops in the finish. But very far from the candy style weizens. refreshing. 191225
