On tap @EurHop 2019 (Rome). Gialla acida, torbida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di stalla, sella di cavallo, cantina, importanti note citriche e di frutta gialla, leggermente balsamiche. In bocca è acida decisa, complessa, solo leggermente citrica e tart, equilibrata, lunga e persistente, più complessa delle attese. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Tra le mie preferite del birrificio, se non la preferita in assoluto, complimenti davvro!

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. Glowing, pale gold, with a soft haze. Noisy white head stays the course. Nose has lemon brett. Fresh sawn new wood. Straw. Some pineapple and white grape. Some pithy grapefruit. Taste is dry, tart and super juicy. Foamy carbonation. Soft on the palate with barely any acidity. Juicy tart finish. Great stuff.

28-09-19 // bottel sahred at Mon Petit Cafe Suttgart on Zwanze Day 2019. Good sour beer with a little funk. Fizzy and quite light bodied.

Draught at AmmutsØn, Medium creamy head, hazxy quite deep orange color, , leather, funk, sour fruits, some citrus coming through later, mellow medium sourness. Very good, highly enjoyable.

Smells funky and goaty. Taste is lightly sour, super cheesy, tons of barnyard funk. Saltyness and coriander are very well balanced, and kept at low levels, which works well. Not very sour, just some light acidity. Woody, something sweet. So much funk.
