Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow golden, white head. Aroma: Light tart, somewhat more sweet, spicy and funky Saison and wild yeast, hints of grapes. Taste: Nice balanced between moderate tart and sweet, pretty strong wood tannins, dry mouthfeel. Spicy hints, subtle barnyard funk, fruity notes of lemon, white grapes / grapeskin and sourish berries, hints of sour green apples. Medium to over medium body, just below average, sparkling carbonation. Nicely balanced, nice complexity. Another good one from Ca' del Brado.

Bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Bretty, citric, oaky aroma and Flavor. Dried citrusfruit. Hint of yoghurt. Amazing complexity. Resembles a good lambic. Moderate sourness. Very nice indeed.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. Glowing gold. Soft haze. Fine white head is leggy and lasting. Nose has mouldy lemon brett. Clean oak. Spicy herb. Decent juice here, too. Taste is tart and dry, and juicy, bretty bitter. Juicy mouthfeel. Tart and clean. Fresh carbonation. Pretty drying. Lingering, tart brett bitterness to finish.

Bottle. Color: Orangish red, fast disappearing head. Aroma: Vinuous, wild yeast funk, wood. Taste: Moderate to medium tart, red grapes, grape skin, wood, tannins, subtle farmyard funk. Very dry, astringent mouthfeel. Spicy hints. Light to moderate sweet and medium to over medium fruity bitterness. Over medium body, below average carbonation. Very nice Grape Ale.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata acida, torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso note di stalla, cantina, frutta gialla, limone, tè, gelsomino, camomilla, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è amalgamata alla perfezione, ha anche note vinose e una acidità media, con chiusura tart e leggermente speziata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Eccellenza.

Bottle, picked up at the brewery. Hazed, pale gold. Halo of white. Nose has apple skins. Soft smoke. Rotten oak. Vanilla. Fusty stone fruit. Wine dregs. Taste is light tart, with some oak sweetness. Touch of fruit bitterness. Light to medium body. Fairly drying. Nicely tart and slightly puckering. Fine and crisp carbonation. Tart, lightly sharp finish. Lovely beer.
