330ml can. Darkish brown with beige foam. Aroma of sweet malts with some nuts, chocolate, coffee and dusty hints. Taste also sweet and malt led with a slightly watered down earthiness before cocoa, coffee, mild sour drop and light mint come in with a decent bitterness to make this quite interesting. Body is light to medium but slick enough for the strength.

330ml can. Light hazed gold with white head, modest retention. Aroma of fruity grapefruit and blood orange with some herbs. Taste of grapefruit, peach, light pine and flora. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, semi -drying, refreshing and easy drinking. Hits the brief well for a light summer ale.

33cl can from birreadomicilio.it. Pours pale gold, brilliant but partially hazy, with almost no foam. Aroma is strongly fruity, tropical. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high sour, with just a hint of astringency and some fruity sweetness. Final is still importantly sour.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of Saison yeast, with touches of hop and malt. Bitter flavour of hops, with dry notes of citrus, touches of malt and a funky, salty finish. Dusty aftertaste with acidic notes. Decent.

Tap at Ranzani 13, Bologna, Italy. Pours dark brown, fine rather fine cream foam, limited. Aroma is malty and caramel, wood. Body is only partially dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly sweet, with a little salivation. Final is fairly long, though not particularly intense.
