Hazy pink/orange colour, white foam. Nose of grapefruit, sweet candy, wheat, bitter notes. Sweet, malty and hoppy with lots of grapefruit.

33cl bottle from FreshMed supermarket Etterbeek, Brussels. F: medium, white, average retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, bready, bit caramel, light hoppy. T: medium malty base, light bready, citrus, bit hoppy, spicy-herbal, soft carbonation, needs malt, hop and some idea to be really good beer, drinkable and forgettable for now.

Bouteille 33cl au Toppe, Bruxelles.
Couleur pâle, col crémeux fin mousseux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est mis en avant par le caractère de la levure qui apporte de fins effluves fruités - poire avec un léger rétro-nasal du Mandarina qui confère des pointes rappelant la mandarine.
Palais est sympa avec tout de même le côté plus drêche/céréale qui perdure. Cependant, ce caractère de levure de pichia kluyveri qui semble être une levure utilisée dans le vin. Cette dernière vient ajouter un fruité assez conséquent en bouche dont un effet de poire assez marqué et un effet pêche/abricot . Cela tend à donner une certaine rondeur en bouche avec ce côté velouté fruité. Le tout est repris par une légèreté du houblon - ici qcq notes d'agrumes.

330 ml bottle. Grapefruit, weed, ginger, some herbs, sugar. Dry zesty sourness and bitterness with some fruity sugary sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively to fizzy carbonated, dry zesty bitter sour finish. Not bad, but needs more refinement.

Bottle. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Medium bitterness, med-light grainy astringency. Low sweetness. Flavour-wise this is mostly bready, grainy, a bit of earthy hops character, slightly spicy. Overall very neutral, but at least it is rather clean. Okay.

50 cl bottle. A slightly hazy golden pour, with a greenish cast. Thick, dense, long-lasting off-white head. Aroma is dust, ash, stale bread, iron filings. Dry and full-bodied onset, not enough acidity and a mild bitterness. Terrible sweaty gym locker-room finish that completely ruins an already bad beer.
