Donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is krachtig maar niet echt bijzonder. Weinig smaak nuances, alleen de alcohol komt naar voren.
Update: Blijkbaar was de eerste kennismaking met dit bier niet helemaal geslaagd, een tweede keer veel beter gewaardeerd: Mooie schuimkraag met volle smaak, krachtig, bitterzoet met iets van fruit, perzik en abrikoos.

Zwart bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is bitter en licht zoet met iets van chokolade, koffie en mokka. Tevens een vleug van rook aanwezig. De pepers zijn overduidelijk aanwezig.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque orangey golden with a lacing, white head. Aroma is yeasty, phenollic, fruity and a little perfumy. Thin and watery body, again your typical Belgian yeast, phenols and a shitload of bittering hops. Chalky. Totally lacking pleasant aromatic hop characters. 3.71 in average, WTF is wrong with you people? Belgian IPA’s is an abomination in itself, and this is just a watered down, unrefined version of exactly that. Don’t jump on the hype train. 230516

23/04/2016 sample glass shared with the BE RB crew @ZBF2016. Hazy light yellow with small head. Lots of fruits in the nose. Taste also has a lot of fruits some bitterness, little sweetness, refreshing. Again a great brew from Totem.

Hazy brown color with white head. Aroma is smoky ham. Taste is smoky ham,with a weird fruity flavour and some wet dog. Not excellent.
