Bottle at Stoom. Aroma of tart, grain and prunes. Really sour taste of prunes, red fruit, tart, barnyard and mild yeast. Puckering stuff. Nice.

Bottled, thanks MonsterMagnet! Cloudy dark amber, small head. Vinegary nose with some caramel. Mid sweet with distinct vinegary sourness and well rounded mouthfeel. Acetic with notes of ash and blackberries. Low bitterness. Interesting but not very harmonious.

Tap @ Stoom, medium sample. Hazy brown color, short head. Aroma of chocolate and some roast, bubblegummy brett, bit funk. Bit tartness in taste, chocolate and roast, slight funky. Reminding me of Zwet.be, but a bit more complex or less polished. I liked it, but my friends didnt really, so I had the glass for myself :-)

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Opaque black color, medium sized quite quickly diminishing beige head. Aroma is malts, light tart, light hops. Taste malts, again light tart, light hops, some fruitpeel. Didn’t expect this, but quite like it. Sort of a slight fresh-sourish hint in it. Quite pleasant.

0.33 l bottle from ’Stanislaus Brewskovitch’, bottled in April 2015. Slightly hazy, red amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, tan head. Sourish-fruity aroma of redcurrant, red grapes, balsamico and oak. Sour-fruity taste of redcurrant, red grapes, balsamico and oak, followed by a medium long, heavily tart, woody and dry finish. Medium body, spritzy and astringent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very sour, refreshing, rather fruity and complex as well. Very good, love it!
