Growler from Liz who got it at the brewpub. Pours translucent copper with a slight white head. Aroma is sort of earthy/spicy/citrus/tropical. Full bodied or nearly. Flavor is undry fruits. It’s kind of barley wine with hops reflecting the aroma. There’s a burn - mild - could be heat or hops or both. This is smooth, fairly bitter ale. Really laid back stuff. Unnervingly easy to slosh it down. Sipping is likely the safer way to go. Just excellent.
