Cloudy yellow beige beer, big fizzy creamy yellowish head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: spicy, sulphur, very floral, a little dirty, some bubble gum, a bit yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour, a bit malty, wheat acidity, hint of alcohol, very yeasty, bubble gum. Aftertaste: a bit sourish, some banana, cloves, a bit soapy finish.

Clear amber to copper coloured beer, big creamy light beige head, unstable, falls down quickly. Aroma: some sulphur, a bit dirty, malty, caramel, a bit oxidized, almonds, more sulphur. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet, malty, caramel, a little metallic, very gentle bitterness, fruity, a bit sourish. Aftertaste: malty,g rains, some caramel, good dry bitterness in the finish.

Taste: malty, a bit sweet, rains, grassy touch, pretty bitter, some banana. Aftertaste: more grains, bitter, malty, a bit sweet, grassy touch, a little yeasty, some marzipan, decent beer, maybe a bit oxidized though.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours dark mahogany brown with a small beige head. Aroma is dark malts, toffee, dried fruits, apricot, liquorice. Medium sweetness, boozy bitterness. Quite full bodied, smooth, low carbonation. Warming finish. Good stuff.

500ml Bottle - Deep amber with a foamy head. Bread, rye and some hints of caramel, dried fruit and berries in the aroma. Bready, nutty and slightly toasted taste with some notes of rye, caramel, blackcurrant and some slightly earthy hints.
