ABV: 13.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, dark malt, wood, malty, spicy, anis seed, bread touch. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dark malt, sweet malt, malty, bread, spicy, anis seed, wood - mushrooms - umami, malt bitter. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20240204]

ABV: 4.8%. Light cloudyy looking, a medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass, green , floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, herbs - grass, green hops, floral, pale malt, medium dry to dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 500 ml bottle. Cloudy chocolate brown with a foamy head. Caramel, roasted nuts, raisins, dates, overripe banana, earthy notes, clove, rye. Fruity malty sweetness, some dry bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry fruity malty caramel sweet finish. Quite a good Dunkelweizen, flavourful, full-bodied, sophisticated, however slightly too sweet for my liking.
