previously tested on German BTO 11/2006: Flasche mit Etiketten im historischen Design. Das Hefeweizen ist recht dunkel, trüb wie es sich gehört und hat eien stabile und feine Krone. Dugt nach Hefe und Malz. Fruchtig-malziger Antrunk und Mitelteil, hefige Beinote, sehr angenehm. Prima Hefeweizen.

previously tested on German BTO 10/2006: Ich finde die Flasche ganz gelungen, mutet sehr nostalgisch an. Schaum gibt es nicht so viel, aber insgesamt sieht das Bier schön aus, trüb und leichter Stich richtung Leucht-Orange. Schmeckt genauso, wie ich es erwartet habe, typisch für ein Naturtrübes, leicht hefig und ziemlich fruchtig: besonders meine ich eine Birnennote erschmecken zu könne. Prima, werde versuchen, das restliche Sortiment auch noch zu besorgen.

previously tested on German BTO 10/2006: Gertrunken vom Fass direkt in der Brauereigaststätte in Irsee. Die Flasche habe ich noch mitgenommen, daher die Note fürs Flaschendesign. Bier ist nicht ganz so dunkel wie erwarter, eher dunkel-bernsteinfarben. Schöne feinporige Krone. Überraschenderweise riecht das Bier nach Erdbeeren, was von meiner Begleitung leider nicht bestätigt wird. Irgendwie finde ich die Erdbeeren auch im Geschmack, zusammen mit einer Buttermilchnote. Hochinteressant. Malzig-mild, sehr süffig, richtig gut. Das Brauereimuseum um die Ecke ist übrigens auch empfehlenswert, und der Laden soweiso, dort gibt es das ganze Sortiment, sowie Gläser/Krüge und frisch abgefüllten Urtrunk im 1l-Siphon.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a bubbly white head. Orange fruity and estery aroma. Wheaty and estery flavour. Fruity and towards oranges with a mild banana note. Ends wheaty and slight acidic.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a lacing off-white head. Aroma mild sweet cornish and with a light bitterhops note. Medium sweet cornish flavour with a light bitterness lurking through. Ends medium bitter and dry. Nice although not thrilling.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Orange-yellow colour. Light malty and yeasty aroma. Orange notes. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate and way too fizzy. A little disapointing hefe.

Bottle. Light unclear light amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, roasted, grain, dust. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration and a nice dry finish. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. (061007)

Bottle. Hazy to muddy orange with a white head. Fruity orange & wheat in the aroma. Lively carbonation. Sweet taste of banana & wheat & rather fresh. Medium bodied. Alround OK - a little too sweet perhaps, but drinkable!

Cloudy gold with solid white head. Malty grainy & fruity aroma. Medium bodied. Light sweetness but very well balanced with some bitter hops. Crisp & nice. Soft mouthfeel & good lacings! Nice! Truly enjoyable!

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is very light - what is there is malty and caramel, where is the banana? The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of wheat and caramel, and only hints of banana towards the end, which is dry and slightly bitter.
