Bottle. It’s a slightly hazy golden beer, topped by a dense, off-white two finger head. Takes some time to settle after gushing. The aroma has a hint of fruity sourness, generic fruityness, grians, spiced notes and a vague hint of banana. The flavor is very much the same, quite pronounced sweetness, and finishing dry, grainy and slightly bitter. Medium body, effervescent and dry mouthfeel. A slightly hefe-weizen-ish beer that was quite nice, but not a favorite. Suspects some infection going on, so a fresh bottle would be interesting. This one was far from past BB-date though. 090728

Aroma is light moderate malty, raosted, caramel, dusty, chocolate And coffe notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. ABV: 5.2%. Murky matt medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity yeast, banana, wheat, fruity. 500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange body with a small, dense off-white head. Mild aroma of fruit, grain and a bit spicy/perfumed hop. Flavor is light and refreshing, grain, light malty, fruity and a bit metallic hop finish.

A dark ruby red brown beer with a thin moka head. Aroma of molasse, dark fruits, raisins, vinous, porto. In mouth, a light dark malt with maderized notes, light fruitiness. Past its prime, sadly. BB Jan 2008. Bottle shared with Probstk, July 29 2009.

Cloudy golden with a beige head. Sweet aroma with caramel and malty notes. Flavour was sweet and malty with caramel and hoppy notes towards the end.

Bottled(500ml). -Cloudy orange coloured, small white head, fruity nose. Lots of particles floating around. Malty, decent hoppy and light herbal with notes of honey and fruits. Light bitterness in the finish.

previously tested on German BTO 04/2007: Sieht gut aus, riecht fruchtig. Fruchtig-malzig, deutliches Röstaromen. Insgesamt etwas säuerlich, ich befürchte, dass es am Verderben ist, obwohl noch 2 Monate haltbar... Wird bei Gelegenheit nachgetestet.
