(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, fully golden with an off-white head. Weak, fruity nose. Surprisingly light-bodied with fruity notes, but not your typical banana esters - more sort of Hubba-Bubba. A bit overcarbonated. Very discreet aftertaste. 160806

A hazy reddish beer with a thick brown head. The aroma is very sweet with strong notes of caramel, but also a light dusty hoppy note. The flavor is rather sweet again with strong notes of caramel, and this dusty hoppy note, leading to a dry sligtly roasted bitter end. The mouthfeel is a bit thin but also a bit sticky.

Bottle: Hazy, golden coloured, small fluffy head, slowly diminishing; quite faint sweet-malty nose, mixed with fruity (green apples) and faint hoppy aromas; light sweet-bitter flavour; sweetish, grainy, slightly bitter-aromatic finish. A Pils ? Lächerlich..........

(bottle) Hazy golden colour with a big and stable white foam. Sweet malty and honey-fruity nose with aromatic herbal and slightly flowery hops. Sweet flavour, light to medium body, well-carbonated, almost crispy mouthfeel. Malty, slightly fruity and nutty taste with a touch of honey; rather slim, but aromatic light bitter, floral hoppy and malty finish. Well-balanced, well-crafted unfiltered Pilsener.

500 ml bottle, bought in Bier Spezi Hoheluft, Hamburg. Some sediment in the bottle. Hazy golden colour, large and lingering off-white head. Pleasant aroma of aromatic hops, notes of citrus, flowers and honey, hints of oak and leather. Flavour is fairly malty and relatively sweet, well balanced with pleasant hops, some oaky and spicy elements. This is what a golden lager SHOULD taste like! (bottle) Cloudy orange colour with a thick foamy white head. Quite sweet malty aroma with yeast, apples and yellow fruits (quince). Initially apple-fruity and yeasty with a wheat malty, slightly sweet mouthfeel and a dry, slightly clovy and hoppy finish.
