Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Golden. Thick, lasting, white head. Pine wood. Tropical fruit. Light toffee. Some jamminess. Taste is strawberry jam, for a moment, then juicy bitterness. Nice beer, but has a thinnish mouthfeel. Short, dry, light bitter finish.

Bottle from Jacks, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, Tuesday 21st January 2014 consumed at Bath Marina Campsite, Saturday 25th January in Frank (camper) Pours black with creamy light beige head, some film. Hoppy roasty beer but wonderfully smooth. Some fresh green hop juice runs through the nose. Lovely roasty hoppy balance, warming indulgent and yet hoppy, its great. Soft in the mouth, strong, very strong but damn good, loving the hops. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8
