Description
As of August 15, 2022 under new management! Temporarily brewed in Bury, Manchester.
Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Draught @ Leijuva Lahna
Aroma has fruity hops, some caramel and citrus. Flavour is heavy and sweetish with gluey tones, some caramel and hints of grass. Not that nice, too gluey and even some alcohol is present.

Bottled 500ml (AbM)
Clear amber color, small off-white head. Sweet tropical fruity, pineapple aroma with piney notes. Light to medium-bodied. Quite sweet fruity, NZ hops-like exotic flavor. Can’t trace honey itself, but it is quite sweet, sweeter than just normal yeast-hops-malts-combo would do. Lingering piney bitterness in the finish. Good balance.

Bottle at home from Sourced Market. Clear golden colour with a lasting white sticky head. Aroma is sharp lime citrus and clean base malt. Flavour is crisp biscuity pale ale base malt, lemon lime crisp hops. Some acid. Finish has subtle orangejuice flavours. Can’t get much star anise. Firm citrus bitter finish that lingers. Dryish finish

Bottle at home sourced from sourced market. Opaque black / dark caramel with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is cream caramel, coffee, soft roast and piney citrus hop. Flavour is big bold caramel, biting roast, pine hop and solid assertive grapefruit bitterness. Palate is big full sticky creamy. Finish carried a boozy kick and soft slightly astringent roast. Tasty big black ipa.

Cask @ Manchester Beer & Cider Festival Jan 14. Decadent indeed, this is rich & flavoursome with a big helping of coffee and creamy chocolate, and a slight roasted aspect. Very nice.

A hazy, orange beer with a weak and blond head. The nose is tropical fruity, mangos, fructose, soem pine needles. Quite mild aroma. Taste is tropical, mangos, peaches, some pine needles, medium bitterness. The end is piney. Medium bodied, quite smooth to drink. Nice beer that would be more powerfull.
