Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Tap at the Cask, Pimlico, 07/06/13. Hazed orange amber with a thin off white head that clears to the edge leaving a small pond. Nose is bitter orange, dank hops, grass, summer fruit. Taste comprises orange pith, bitter hops, grass, grapefruit, dark orange marmalade. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, hop bitterness in the finish. Ok IPA, drinkable but lacks direction somewhat and doesn’t tick all the boxes to make it a great.

33cl bottle from AlesByMail. Batch #0007, bottled on Apr-13. Poured black in color with a thick, brown everlasting head. Aroma has dark chocolate, strong floral notes (pelargonium), citrusfruity hoppyness and salty licorice. Complex. Flavor has fruity hops, floral notes, roasted malt and licorice. Finish has milk chocolate lingering forever in the mouth. Light bodied but very tasty and fresh BIPA.

Keg at Cask, Pimlico. It pours clear amber, small white head. The nose is earth, toast, hay, flour, spice, icing sugar and a touch sherbet. The taste is earth, dough, orange sponge cake, light bitterness, spice, chalk and pithy citrus with a very dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent.

Bottle at hole in London with Lyoli - picked up at the one, the only, THE Kris Wines. Pours lightly hazy, deep gold with a frothy head. Nose holds flinty minerals, hay, some dry citrus fruits, hints of plastic. Light sweet flavor, dried pale malts, dirty hay, rindy citrus, ripe orange. Light to medium bodied with fine, creamy carbonation. Quite dry to finish, lots of bitter hay, burnt grass, bitter citrus rind. A little abrasive. So so.
