Bottle at home in London - picked up from Kris Wines. Pours mostly clear gold, hugely effervescent, with a large, lasting white froth head. Pleasant dry, yeasty dough in the nose, some hints of lemon rind, some grass and grapefruit. Light to medium sweet flavor with a nice, semi-dry dough foundation, along with some straw and grass bitterness, a bit of lemon merengue, touches of tangy mandarin orange. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Sweet finish with further doughy malts, a bit of sandy yeast, grass, mandarin orange. Lovely stuff.

Keg at the Fox - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a moderate, white foam head. Tasty stuff, light alcohol kick, mild dough and yeast, light citrus. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, some clean dough, yeast, faint spice, light bitter citrus rind, touches of grass. Really nice beer. Punchy but drinkable.
Bottle at home in London, shared with the missus. Pours mostly clear, bright and deep gold, highly effervescent with a very large, whispy white froth head. The nose holds some lightly grainy bread, yeasty dough, ripe orange, hints of berries and tropical fruits. Medium sweet flavor with further bready, lightly doughy malts, some more juicy citrus, hints of tangy pee and pine, tangerine. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Moderate warmth to finish, some sticky bitterness, more ripe citrus fruits, light dryness, pine needles, very subtle spicy yeast. Very tasty stuff. Still punchy but a better example than what I had on draft. (3.9)

Light sweet flavor, some minerals, yeasty pale dough, tangerine, mango. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light dryness to finish, more mango and tangerine, pale bread. Nice beer. One of the top beers on the day for me.
