Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Bottle. Pitch black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is citrus, rye, some roasted notes with mild alcohol and some fruity tones. Flavour is toasted, some liquorice, mild alcohol with some rye, mild roasted and some dried fruity tones.

Bottled. Pitch black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is rye, some mild earthy, ashy, toasted and caramel tones with some dried fruity tones too. Flavour is dried fruits, roasted, mild lactose, coffee and some slight bitter and toasted tones to it.

Bottled. Ambery golden colour with a small head. Aroma is berries, some spruce, pine and mild tartness. Flavour is berries, some spruce, mild floral and fruity tones with some earth and herbs. A bit strange blend which makes it feel a bit messy.

30.04.2023. Bottle 309/360, 660 ml. Pour out of the bottle. A black beer, a head is big and beige. Aroma has richness of maltyness, caramel in the body, sweet dried fruits, apricot, orange, bourbon, vanilla, liquorice. Taste has dried fruits, toffee, orange, bourbon, dry barrel, also herbal bitterness, dry enough. Almost full bodied, not stickyness. Aroma is wonderfull, so complex and temptating. Surprisingly fresh. Nice and balanced barreling. Brilliant and complex beer. Edit 10.05.2024. Bottle 243/360, 660 ml. No change to review or points. Huge beer.

BBE Sept 2025. A black beer, a head is medium and brown. Aroma has liquorice, light and fresh dried fruitnes. Taste has smoothness of maltyness, liquorice, some coffee, roastiness and caramel. Full dodied, not stickyness. Nothing special, but the balance is great. I really like this beer.
