Medium golden color. Smells like a bag of onion hops. Very aggressive bitterness. Medium full body. Good. Had this on tap and got a lot more passionfruit

Pitch black color. Rich as fuck. Tons of brownies , roasted malt and dark fruit. Rich as hell and boozy but fun.

It’s too sour and astringent . Very heavy sour fruit but totally lacks balance. Lots of vitamin C. It’s all over the place. Definitely not my cup of tea

Can from Yamaya. Seems these are pasteurized. Big American hop nose: citrus, dankness, herbal resins, tropical fruit, a touch of something gin-like. I can just barely sense a lager character beneath. Slightly hazy pastel yellow with a tall, rocky head. Big hop flavor, resins, citrus, grapefruit, white grape, crackery malt. Bitter, crisp finish. Light and crisp on the palate. Not really a pilsner, but the lager character is there, is vastly overshadowed by the hops. Decent, though I get just a touch of DMS hiding in there behind the hops.

Tap at Komachi. Super pale pastel yellow, very hazy. Lots of grapefruit and pithy citrus in the nose. Flavor is citrus, mainly grapefruit, light wheatiness, not very sweet, clean and crisp. Kind of enjoyed the dryness for a change, but lacking the punch you also want in the style.
