golden color. Frothy white head. Big tropical fruit booze with tons of passionfruit, lychee and lime with a bit of citrus note. Very big bitterness, dry and tropical fruit with a touch of sourness. Super enjoyable well balanced clean ipa. Fantastic

0,28l on tap @ Craft Beer Server Land. Pours clear golden with a medium head. Aroma is sweet fruity malts. Flavor is sweet fruity malts with some hops. Good.

Ise Kadoya Thank You 27th DDH Hazy IPA 6% 60 IBU The color is milky honey gold, like honey butter with a wispy white foam. It’s got a HUGELY fragrant hop bouquet, prickly pear, guava and papaya. Medium to light bodied with a scratchy carbonation and a slightly bitter green herbal finish. Overall, the taste is tropical hazy juicy but it’s got some hop burn and lacks balance in my opinion. Good but some of the recent ones I’ve had from them did it better.

Bottle: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is slightly aged for aure, but orangey citrus is mostly what I am getting. Taste is sweetish, some light bitterness. Wonder what it would be like fresher. Basically fine.

Ise Kadoya Junbaku Ginjo IPA Sake yeast IPA 6% Pale straw gold with fizzy white foam and a sweetly tropical hop bouquet. Medium bodied with a dry finish. The taste starts off hoppy and sweet then gives you some spicy earthy sake like notes at times but this is solidly an IPA. The beer seems different from earlier ratings. It’s a nice evolution of that Japanese beer style: sake-beer hybrids.

Ise Kadoya Sailing Day NZ IPA 7% Orange gold with thick off-white foam that lasts a long time. It’s got a tutti-frutti tropical hop bouquet. Medium to full bodied with a slightly raspy carbonation. The taste is fruity but bitter. Papaya and mango then woodsy bitterness with sweet tart notes. It has a bitter orange rind element in the finish/aftertaste. Fun beer with unexpected layers to it.
